InHand Electronics is seeking an energetic, highly-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills for a challenging and rewarding position as an administrative assistant and customer service representative. The candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and will have excellent communication skills to work with both vendors and current and prospective customers. The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to complete tasks independently. Experience in a fast-paced, technical environment is a plus.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day needs of the office, including stocking office, kitchen and shipping supplies, answering phones, faxing, sending and receiving packages, managing magazine subscriptions, filing, etc.
- Preparing product orders for shipping both domestically and internationally (recording orders, creating packing lists, etc.)
- Maintaining customer and vendor NDA database
- Maintaining Customer Support lists and renewals
- Backing up insides sales with activities such as running credit checks on new customers and creating standard product picking lists.
- Support for marketing activities (quarterly newsletter, website postings, press kits, case studies, directory listings, etc.)
- Support for Human Resources (tracking job applicants, scheduling interviews, etc.)
- Coordination of quarterly company events and meetings
- Planning and registration for trade shows
- Making travel arrangements for company personnel
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree or in pursuit of one.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Goldmine or other contact databases.
